Day of Mindfulness

A Day Devoted to the Cultivation of Mindfulness

Even while maintaining a regular mindfulness practice, there’s no substitute for devoting an intensive period of time to deepen your practice and integrate it more fully into your everyday life.  The bi-annual Day of Mindfulness is an invitation to give yourself a full day to cultivate a more intimate familiarity with awareness.

Presented by Senior Teachers at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, the Day of Mindfulness is a structured retreat in which you’ll receive live video training sessions over the course of the day, interspersed with periods of self-guided reflection and practice. This is an ideal time to return to the fundamentals of your practice, increase your awareness of aspects of your daily experience that you may have overlooked, and to reconnect with the greater community of mindfulness practitioners.

Every participant in the MBSR Online Course is welcome to attend each live presentation of the bi-annual Day of Mindfulness. You will also have access to recordings of every previous Day of Mindfulness to enjoy and work with any time you wish. We hope you will join us for our upcoming presentation, scheduled for:
