Thank you, Tami, for bringing all this insight and inspiration to the world. It is really needed! And your talk with Tara Brach is fantastic. If only the psychiatrists and psychologists would hear, know and understand!

In my Insight Meditation group in Cleveland, we have just finished reading and discussing Tara Brach’s book Radical Acceptance. Hearing her detailed explanations of various aspects of her teachings, especially her comments on judgment, have been most helpful to me. Thank you both for your compassionate offerings and deep insights.
Namaste!

What a blessing these insights are! I’ve been listening to Tara Brach dharma talks for a year now on the Insight Meditation Community of Washington website and they have been life changing. I’m so glad I clicked on the link that led me here to find the additional Sounds True resources. Thanks to everyone who makes these possible!

After reading these comments I feel like such a doofus, but I will comment anyway.
I love all your podcasts, and I even loved this one, although I didn’t understand half of what Tara Brach was saying.
If it hadn’t been for your excellent questions, I probably would not have understood another third.
I am not a Buddhist and have never practiced insight meditation, so I’m hoping that is what my problem is :-)

Tara you are wonderful! Thanks for this excellent interview. I have found your talks, CD’s and books life-changing. They opened up a way for me to start meditating, and following Buddhism.
