Meditation means to be aware of what is going on here and now. We practice to become more solid, peaceful, brave, and free so that we can help others. It is inspiring to think that the presence of a hermit in the mountains helped the development of this great man. Many thanks.

Immediately embrace old habit energy with mindfulness. Then we will be less likely to cause suffering for ourself and others. Take care of the real thing; life in the here and now. Be now, heal the past and create a better future. To be enlightened is to wake up to the situation of our World. Everything, including war is impermanent. Let us not be caught up in dispare. Enjoy the beautiful living trees. Beautiful teachings. We are blessed to have such a great man on our Earth.

He promices us that if we can learn to look deeply enough into our True Nature we will be able to look through mere appearences including birth and death, and live without suffering, fear, anger, and despair. Shall we prove him right?
