Dr. David Grand is being hailed in therapeutic circles for his creation of Brainspotting—a powerful new approach for creating healing and change at the neurological level. With his new two-CD music set Brainspotting, Dr. Grand has created a versatile audio tool to help you balance and enhance the brain’s functioning. Designed using Dr. Grand’s unique bilateral sound mixing—which he calls BioLateral Sound—this ambient music pans back and forth across the left and right headphone or earbud channels to bring both hemispheres of the brain into synchronization. The result is higher overall mental clarity—a perfect way to enhance relaxation, performance, creativity, studying, meditation, and enhance the results in therapeutic sessions.

Features Grammy®-winning percussionist Glen Velez.

This is a powerful healing tool that if used properly can permanently resolve traumatic memories. this should not be used by those not properly trained in treating trauma as it is a form of exposure therapy. That said for therapist interested in an introduction to Brainspotting this is an excellent offering at an unbeatable price.

From my personal experience...highly recommend to combine this with Laurell Parnel's Tapping In and Jay Earley's Self-Therapy.

had a friend suggest this recording as a "great new" form of healing, so I got it and it's not new at all there are many many recordings and musicians/composers who have been doing biaural beat (EMDR) for along time. why is this marketed as "new" or belonging to this author? It's Not the best I've heard.
