I like it. Sure, I can relax and fall asleep to some of these. But, isn't that the point? I've listened to it on occasion completely and have used his style. I have found some of these verbal lessons are just as good for getting to sleep as the melodic musical pieces. Can't beat the effect of the piece if it, literally, helps you erase the crazies and enjoy drifting off. I'm happy with it.

The meditative music is very nice though I found the pebble and clouds guided imagery gave me anxiety and claustrophobia.
