Taoist Sex Secrets by Lee Holden and Rachel Abrams.
This CD series is an excellent guide to Taoist Lovemaking (sex!) in all its aspects.
It is based on the work of Mantak Chia. The topics range from: personal health; to male and female health and sexual practices; to sexual methods for couples.
The authors specialities complement each other's beautifully. Lee Holden is an expert in Taoism and Rachel Abrams is a medical doctor. Thus they provide two distinct and equally important views and knowledge of sexuality that combine to give an expanded picture of what sexuality can be.
They present the whole gamut of Mantak Chia's Taoist sexual teachings. They do this in a way that is informative, concise and completely, immediately practicable! I've read Mantak Chia's books and because he wants to present the information in its entirety without any
misunderstandings, his books are loaded with every possible aspect and detail on the subject
imaginable. This is great as a reference but in the midst of passion you don't want to be
staring at the palm of your hand readings your notes and when caught, blurting out: "It's
a very complicated manoeuver!"
The authors present the information in a light-hearted, emphathetic manner that clearly
comes from their own personal experience.
I'd like to that Lee Holden and Rachel Abrams for presenting Mantak Chia's Taoist Sexual
knowledge in a manner that is understandable and practicable for everyone!

wow, there is a lot of wonderful information about attaining ultimate joy and bliss when making love. I look forward to try out and practise soon when together with my partner. It will surely take time to reach what is promised!
