At 66 yrs old I am interested in cultivating my innate energy in a healthy natural way. Therefore I have been practicing along with Lama Surya Das each morning before going to the gym.
This Tibetan version of Pranayama is a terrific way to get centered and to bring up your Ki in an exhilarating way
minus the highs and lows of stimulants. It seems to consolidate everything that needs it and gives me a happy focus to my attention. What's not to like here? Do yourself a favor and enjoy this short but highly effective routine with an obviously very happy American Lama.

Date Added: Friday 25 February 2011Excellent! I really enjoy doing these exercises and I feel the results-more energy and I really like lama Surya Das because as a west coast canadian living on an isolated welsh island he brings home closer to me! Great stuff.
