Sounds True, a multi-media publisher in Louisville, CO, specializing in spirituality and holistic living, is seeking a full-time Customer Relations Specialist for our Trade division. This fast-pasted position includes business-to-business communications via phone and email, EDI order & invoice processing, high-level customer service and customer resolution, data entry and other tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate has:

• A collaborative spirit
• Business-to-business customer service experience
• The ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
