For environmental toxins, your body’s best tool is proper breathing. Did you know that your body purges less than a third of its toxins with your elimination systems, and all the rest is from respiration? Meditation teaches you the skill of correct breathing.
To overcome exhaustion, I like to say, “sleep your way to 100.” Getting good sleep is important for your body’s ability to bounce back from sickness or stress. The meditation techniques in this program will help you improve the ease and quality of your sleep.
