Deena Metzger is a poet, novelist, essayist, storyteller, teacher, healer, and medicine woman. For more than four decades, she has taught and counseled in the Healing Stories process that she developed to creatively address life-threatening illness, spiritual and emotional crises, and eco-social issues.
