Marcia Yudkin, PhD, began her writing career at the New York Times in 1981, and is recognized today as a leading creative marketing expert. The author of 11 books, she holds three Ivy League degrees including a doctorate in the humanities, and has taught writing at Boston University, Babson College, the New England School of Law, and Holyoke Community College. Her book Freelance Writing for Magazines and Newspapers was a Book of the Month Club selection (her own articles have appeared in hundreds of magazines and dozens of newspapers throughout the world).
