Margot Anand is a student of world mystical practices, particularly the role of sexuality in sacred traditions. Her bestselling book The Art of Sexual Ecstasy helped introduce Western readers to the science of tantra and the cosmic relationship between creativity, energy, and sexuality. Through her SkyDancing Institutes, she teaches a unique path to sexual bliss in eight countries, including the United States. She has achieved an advanced degree in psychology from the Sorbonne, and she presently lives in northern California.
