I'm "test-driving" these CDs right now and the "Focused Attention," "Creativity," and "Problem Solving" sessions are very effective so far. It's important to follow the instructions in the booklets carefully--if you play these too loudly they can have a paradoxical opposite effect (e.g., "Unfocused Squirrel-Brained Attention"). Also, these CDs are meant to be played through a regular stereo or clock radio, not headphones, but they work well on my iPod as long as I keep the volume very low. - AY
