In the "Mindflness Medley" PAckage 9which I've yet to receive) is the material concerning Nawang Khecog's flute music album, or is it verbal meditation material, or what. I saw his Sakahuchi flute music album, but hesitatred to order as I do not want to duplicate another item that I have already paid for. As well, I am interestd inknowing when the "Mindfulness Medely" package will be shipped to me, as well as the other that I ordered for Jason Brooks, my son? As for ratings; unsure as yet, regarding how I have experienced Sounds True's performance. Thanks.
