I offered it to a co-worker who is young but dealing with heart issues. I did not impose but shows her the pcakge. What impressed me is that she is not into what i am into, but she looked at the package and wanted it and was thankful to me. I am sure one cannot loose with this one if needed as a support and information.

I found this a practical guide to health and well-being. Much of it was information I already have but there was much I still was able to glean. The challenge, of course, is to institute the changes in one's own life. That is the next task.

It is nicely packaged. Organized well. Written so the general public can understand and use it. But for the RN I am, it really didn't give me any new information.
