I liked it. The movements can be performed anytime and are beneficial even for just stress reduction. Coupled with a standing meditation akin to the walking style, it works for me.

After a total hip replacement, I had searched for a gentle but thorough exercise and meditation program.
This DVD is exceptional; fitting both areas. I highly recommend this to anyone with restricted body movement for balance and stregth building and the centering necessary after body trauma.

A wonderfully restful and literally inspirational meditation. My only difficulty with it is that it is such a large file: I would have been very content with one half the length, ie a single demonstration of the mindful movements.

Interesting and peaceful, but extremely difficult for me to do the movements which require excellent balance. I'm going to keep working at this, however.
