These are excelent CDs for anyone with an interest in heaing or meditation. Jack Angelo is obvioulsy an expert not just for healing at a distance, but also in explaining very simply and clearly some quite complex subject matter.
He must have also very tuned in to the spirit when he made these recordings as I find his voice alone takes me to a deep and relaxing place of attunement with the spirit.
