This audio program turned out to be exactly what I was looking for, in help to understand the link between the mind and the body. I was delightfully surprised by how enlightening it has turned out to be for me. I was seeking to understand a stress problem which is affecting my body, and I now have much more insight into this issue. This is definitely a program I would recommend.
