As always, a refreshing and comprehensive look at the pillars of Buddhist thought in practice and concept from the perspective of a Westerner with a keen understanding of both the causes of suffering and the practice which will lead to the liberation from samsara.

Just getting into this series of lessons. But so far so good. I am enjoying the learning experience. This is a topic I have wanted to know more about for some time. This CD series was actually recommended by Father Richard Rohr. So glad I followed his advice.

Ive been listening to Jack Kornfields tapes for over 10 years. His voice is so kind and he expresses his words directly to your heart and spirit that can be felt..

I am very grateful for Jack Kornfield's teachings, especially on forgiveness. The way the CD's are packaged is terrible. The envelopes with the six discs are not labeled and it is very difficult to pull the discs out without smearing them with fingerprints.
