A fantastic selection of beautiful and mellow classics.
I found it impossible to listen to these pieces without slipping into a deep state of relaxation and peace.

I was disappointed with this CD. I did not find it particularly relaxing compared to other CDs of this type. Also, I was acquainted with most of these classical music selections. Unlike improvisations on classical themes, which can be very good, these rearrangements were musically flat and uninteresting. In fact, I couldn't listen to them, knowing how they would usually sound in their unaltered form. I think that accentuating the "psychoacoustics" destroyed the musicality, at least for me.

Very disappointed w/ this one. Just basically boring classical music, nothing special or particularly healing about it. On the other hand, I absolutely LOVE 1) Self Healing w/ Sound and Music and 2) Vibrational Sound Healing- both by Andrew Weil and Kimba Arem, so I would recommend these instead.

I do not enjoy the selections of this music. I do not think that it offers the "relax and de-stress" opportunity through music as promoted.
