Excellent! I really enjoy doing these exercises and I feel the results-more energy and I really like lama Surya Das because as a west coast canadian living on an isolated welsh island he brings home closer to me! Great stuff.

At 66 yrs old I am interested in cultivating my innate energy in a healthy natural way. Therefore I have been practicing along with Lama Surya Das each morning before going to the gym.
This Tibetan version of Pranayama is a terrific way to get centered and to bring up your Ki in an exhilarating way
minus the highs and lows of stimulants. It seems to consolidate everything that needs it and gives me a happy focus to my attention. What's not to like here? Do yourself a favor and enjoy this short but highly effective routine with an obviously very happy American Lama.

Lama Surya Das explained very well in an enthusiastic manner. I was a little disappointed in the content of what was presented. Fairly basic stuff that seemed like it should have been an introduction to something more profound.

I have to be a bit hard on this one as I as sucked right in thinking there would be some kind of a workout, a bit like the 5 Tibetans or something along those lines. Now, if what you are looking for is Pranayama type of stuff with alternate nostril breathing and stuff like that, then it might be for you... though it is fairly basic... be warned. If you were looking for some basic yoga routine tibetan style, there is nothing here for you. Don't get me wrong, I can take a joke from Lama Surya Das who I always find cool and entertaining. In the video, he does what he needs to do... however I think the marketing folks failed to emphasize that this is pure breathing material.
