Listening to this series of teachings was a wonderful way to be redirected inward to find what is most natural to all of us. I also enjoyed Jack Kornfield's gentle and engaging teaching style.

This is a very helpful, informative and entertaining series of longer teachings, followed by useful meditations. The teachings are recorded live before an audience and there are some instances of loud sneezing in the background. However, this is a minor flaw. Hearing the teachings is well worth hearing the sneezing!

This is really a life-changing set of talks. Kornfield is funny and grounded yet incredibly profound. He speaks simultaneously to the great values of humanity and to the ordinary challenges of daily life.

My introduction to Buddhism was Kornfields The Inner Art of Meditation and I was impressed with his knowledge, wit, humor and ability to bring the Buddha's teachings to us westerners. This product is equally impressive, and continues to help deepen and expand my understanding. I listen to it on a regular basis.
