I have been using this cd for three years now.Whenever I go out of town for any reason this cd goes with me for a restfull nights sleep

While I love the sounds of the ocean waves, I can't say that this CD has helped me get to sleep quicker, and I'm certainly not sleeping better or more restfully than before using this CD. The rating is simply because I enjoy the sound, not because of a positive experience.
