This is first time I tried this, it's been a few week now, nice after work, for a nap.

I fall asleep every night listening to Sleepy Ocean. I keep mu Ipod under my pillow and it goes all night long. Great for blocking out random sounds and stilling a racing mind. Helps to focus on one thing as you drift off imagining your favourite ocean scene. Excellent

An extremely unusual, and yet unusually calming soundscape. I find that it's become an integral part of my "drifting off to sleep" pattern.

Great product! Bought it a day ago and used it the first time, and had one of the most vivid/strong OBEs I ever had. It surely made me sleep better afterwards too (I looped it throughout the night). Sounds are pleasant and ambient which I really like. Recommended!

Both of these CD have sharp sounds in them like the ocean crashing against the rocks and the other, the rain falling which is not conducive to sleep. Sorry. In order to be good, these sounds have to be soften.

I really disliked this. It would be a good torture instrument for me.
Is there any evidence listening to it increases delta brainwaves?
