Unfortunately, I took the CD to Half Price Books to sell after listening. There was no actual instruction on HOW to pratice the meditation which Finley so beautifully described. In that respect, I feel it was a real waste of money - and the title of the CD very deceptive in that way; Finley talks about the outcome of meditation, certainly had me looking forward to the instructions of practice - but they never came...
