Awesome. Life-changing, and I mean that in the most sincere way. I've since gone back and got The Power of Now and am listening to that. Tolle's teaching has helped me to calm (not eliminate, yet) the incessant chatter in my head.
Listening to this man who is clearly experiencing that peace that passes all understanding helps steer me toward that same state.
