I love this kit, I have been doing some serious Chakra work and it has been of great assisitance in the work. I would highly recommed it!

Excellent guide for going deeper into the spiritual practice of yoga. I've not been a fan of yoga until I practiced it through these guided CD's. Also like that it is a CD and not a video. It is more meaningul to listen and not watch the yoga instructor.

Great book & CD's. I have really benefited from understanding where negative energy is coming from & how to constructively align the Chakras so they work together.

I found this book to be very informative and beneficial in my practice as a Reiki Master. In fact, I am pondering the thought of sharing this book in a Women's Gathering that I plan to have. Many do not know about the chakras and how sacred they are to our existence in life.

part 2 of this cd didn't play so i could hear it . I will be returning it.

It was purchased as a gift for someone who had expressed interest in chakras. She is enjoying it.
