This exceeded my expectations. Richard Freeman speaks with such clarity. I am not a yoga practitioner so I needed something simple but also wanted something profound that would give me a practice. The CD set definitely delivered what I wanted, and more.

For anyone who is interested in exploring pranayama and is unsure where and how to begin, this introduction is perfect. Freeman's gentle and welcoming approach to pranayama, the exercises are very basic but also fundamental. A more advanced and challenging pranayama practice begins here, with these explorations of breathing. A wonderful addition to my collection and a permanent one as well.

Very clear way of leading to breath of freedom. Demo with video would have been ideal- thank you

The information foumd on this CD is helpful and valuable. Howver, the way it is organized on the CD is confusing. The booklet is not really a help and perhaps if there were more information in it, it would help....like where a practice begins, what are the benefits. I find the information is much better presented in Nubia Texieras Pranayama. Do not get me wrong, Mr. Freemans teaching style is relaxed and inspiring, but it would be nice to have an outline before you begin.
