Anything that comes from Thich Nhat Hanh is wonderful and always transformative. This is a bit different as he is talking to therapists but the different slant is interesting.

If I was to rate this out of 10, it would be a 10. My husband has just ordered Thgich Bhat Hanh's Walking Meditation, book including DVD & CD. Not sure if it was from yourselves or Amazon. It is for my Xmas stocking.

Thich Nhat Hahn provides simple, clear messages that help people understand the profound and life-changing tenets of Buddhist psychology. I love him!

I heard the audio book while biking and had to stop listening because the "dong" sound was so loud (compared to the speaking sound) that it hurt. It might be okay if you listen to it in other ways than with headphones.
