Dr. Chopra has a great command of the English language and chooses just the right words to explain the almost unexplainable. This CD set is worth the time and money if one is searching for a world view other than the one offered by materialism. I will be listening to these CD's many times over.

This is a fantastic audio set on many levels. It not only gives a broader perspective on health but addresses our limiting interpretations of reality itself. It gives a clarifying framework to the ideas floating around about how our minds affect that which we call reality. Its message provides an important but extremely subtle awareness that can make the difference between expanding or remaining within the status quo. For me, there are subtleties in this set that have taken me many listenings to glean. It gets better with each playing. Not only does it have Dr. Chopra addressing a fundamental truth but Ms. Simon's interview elicits even richer clarification at the end. My one wish----Put it in digital form! I've worn out the CD's and need a digital version :)

Deepak is a very entertaining speaker. I find his perspective very interesting, particularly about how old we perceive ourselves and what that means to us - good or bad.

This is my first Chopra CD and I found hid voice very relaxing. He is a brilliant man and I am trying to apply his understanding to my life.
