Absolute classic. You don't need any other guide to first series, and the foundations teachings are clear and descriptive. You sense discipline just by watching - inspiring and deeply practical.

Richard has a soothing voice that causes me to relax, even how difficult the pose is. I found his way of teaching beautifully detailed, with lots to learn and integrate.
