An incredibly powerful practice.
It's radical and may seem counter-intuitive at first, but it truly helps to transform hearts and minds.
Lama Tsultrim Allione explains the practice (including its roots in Tibetan Chod practice) very thoroughly and clearly. She's a natural teacher with great depth of experience.

i fear the previous reviewer, Bokoko, sadly, wasn't ready for the method...sadder, too, is the rating given for something not really 'reviewed'...
i need to repurchase this. i had the cassette version then passed it on to a friend.
powerful work. and crucial. and quite helpful.

The speaker is very passionate about her topic, I'll give her that. I just don't see how imaging my body as a soup being served in my skull is useful in dealing with negative emotions.
