I'm a newbie in the Chakra realm and just wanted to get a handle on the terminology and just what "is done" to feel all this. I have Layne's musical CD, Invoking the Muse. Being a Shin Buddhist I felt an exploration in many aspects of meditation and the physical processes of breathing was necessary. This program doesn't disappoint. Her calming voice and instruction get the point across. It's a nice start for those wanting to continue along this path. I'm pleased with the lessons and the benefits derived from just listening to her.
