i agree anxiety is nasty to carry around within...but with discipline by takeing 15mins each day to meditate can help to clear the mind and feel renewal within....so dont give up just give it a try

Good as basic mindfulness meditation. Hasn't helped much in mitigating my anxieties, though.
But, I think my problems go deeper
than mere anxieties. Has not been a waste of time. Does help me a little bit. Could benefit you a lot.

The problem here is mine: as with the last download I did, the information is overly simplistic (for me personally);but also it's hard to navigat the download to just get to the meditations. Don't know why that's true---it only seems to have come in as one lump.
When I say it's my issue, I mean that I'm always interested in ways of deepening my understandings and insights.
This recording, and the one by Rick Hansen are, for me, examples of simple introductions----understandable for a large audiance. I need to use more discretion before making decisions to purchase.

I was very disappointed in this item. There were long lapses of silence and a lot of meditation exercises. I guess it would have been better if I didn't listen to these kinds of CDs on my ride to/from work.
