This cd was for my daughter who wanted to start meditation. I thought of introducing her with the teaching ofJack Kornfield.
His books and articles on mindfulness have been such a help. An excellent teacher who has the gift of making the most profound teaching approachable. Meditation for Beginners is just right giving the confidence needed to continue to meditate.

I was very pleased with the Meditation for Beginners. It is a great introduction to Meditation, easy to follow for a beginner. Highly recommended.
