I love this book. It's easy to understand and follow. I wish I had bought the hard copy though. Would have been easier to make notes.

Purchased a digital download of the book. Had a little difficulty initially to find a player to work on Mac but customer service was excellent. No further concern. With respect to content the book is well written, easy to follow and useful if you are interested to explore the Chakra's
