I love all the audiobooks with one exception- I am a huge fan of Brene Brown and was really disappointed that the material repeats itself on the other audiobooks, was hoping I'd hear something new on the one about men and women.

If you love Brene Brown then you'll love this audio recording. It's like her TED talk x 1,000. I keep trying to get my family and friends to listen to it as well, it's that live-changing. Thank you to Sounds True and Brene for creating this amazing road map for more meaningful relationships.

I loved these cds. I listen to a lot of Sounds True tapes- and thought this was top shelf! I listen on the way to and from work; found myself anxious to begin my commute and listen to Brene's honest and insightful teachings. When I finished the set I was torn between sharing with close friends- and listening again. I highly recommend The Power of Vulnerability for a warm and real way to improve our life- thanks Sounds True!

Excellent and life affirming...the best, most up to date research on topics we haven't had the consciousness to articulate until now. Brene is inspiring, heartwarming and encouraging to go to depths that ultimately result in freedom of the spirit!

I had been waiting to hear this, even though I've heard Brene many times! The audio sound quality was excellent, I always love hearing her when presenting to a group as it brings out her strong side. I hope you can get her to work with Sounds True to do her Daring Greatly book. There is an audio for it, but as it is not her voice, it lacks a certain something. Once you've heard the real thing, there's no going back!

This is a fantastic synthesis of Dr. Brene Brown's work. Inspiring, educational and entertaining. The whole world needs to hear her message regarding shame, vulnerability and what it takes to live authentically. So many ah-ha moments!

A great audio series of talks given before a live audience. Brene gives lots of useful information and her great humor makes it all the more enjoyable to go deeper into this important topic. Highly recommended.

There are so many things I appreciate about Brene Brown's work... What I am most appreciating and grateful for today is how Brene blends so beautifully the spirit of play mixed with vulnerability. The two bodies of work I am most drawn to right now is on the importance of play in our lives and the equal importance of vulnerability...

Brene's message speaks loudly to my inner most being. I have carried the message of the power of venerability to all who will listen. Thank you for bringing this important insight to us! Today, I am grateful for our ability to adapt, learn and heal.

Ever since my friend Annie shared Brene's first TED talk, I have worked everyday to change the decisions I make based on my reluctance to be vulnerable and courageous as my true self. I have shared her blogs, videos, and quotes to so many people who have very similar "aha moments" that my family and I had. I consider Mrs. Brown's work an investment in my mental future.

I have enjoyed listening to The Power of Vulnerability. Brené Brown presents this material with a wonderful sense of humour and sense of urgency at the same time. I have listened to this twice already and anticipate listening many more times. Its a wonderful way to start a global conversation. Excellent program I highly recommend it to anyone who has a desire to change their lives.

I absolutely loved this course! Even though I've listened to practically every Brene' Brown audio I can get my hands on, I learned new things and gained new insight from this series. I was especially grateful to be able to earn continuing ed credit as well. A joy to listen to and experience

Brene Brown is such a fresh new voice backed up by research and the daring to share parts of her own story. She is bringing the next wave of "shame psychoeducation" with important practices.

Highly informative with plenty of humor to lighten an otherwise difficult subject.

This is a fantastic CD series. It combines the ideas in all 3 of her books. She is such an entertaining speaker despite the seriousness of her topic. After listening to these CD's I purchased her new book and went back to revisit her first two books. She validated and normalized some of the core issues I have been dealing with. I would especially recommend this CD series to parents and teachers to reinforce for them what a powerful influence they are.

This is BRILLIANT because it rings true. I don't think there was one moment of listening to this where I didn't feel like saying: YES YES YES.

There is so much packed into the 6 hours. I, too, was at the recording session and savored every minute. I'm so glad that I can now have the recordings to reference and remind myself. Honestly, this will be one of the best investments in yourself that you can make!

Good good stuff. A little disappointed that it wasn't a video as she is a great presenter and there were parts where you just know she was making gestures. The audience's reactions made me feel like I missed out.

Entertaining. Fun stories. Substantive content was less than expected. Too much fluff for me.
