Great explanation of Karma. Not very scholar, but it wasn't the aim. The first part is a discussion, and the second part is a teaching of Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoché. Both are very instructive and complete each others.

It's a must have for everybody wha wants to have a basic idea of Karma.

I found the content intelligent and insightful. It brought me to a new understanding of self-centeredness, blame and how to heal and move on. Beautiful and inspiring. I also found Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche to be an inspired speaker. It may be difficult for a Western to understand the cultural voice, but it becomes familiar as you listen and as you hear more Tibetans speak. If you are holding onto anger due to an incident in the past, this CD offers a clear, and beautiful path for moving on and for spiritual growth because of suffering.

This was disappointing. The format is kind of strange. The first CD has Pema interviewing Rinpoche. The second CD has Rinpoche in the studio.

Karma is barely mentioned in the second CD and unfortunately Rinpoche is just not a good speaker.

I was really looking forward to an exploration of karma and this set really missed the mark.

I'm still a Pema fan - I also ordered Fear and Fearlessness at the same time and would highly recommend it.
