WOW. what an honor it was to actually be taught by and with Pema . Her voice is so calmig and when I can't control my anger on myself, I just think of being in a fresh moment. I'm more aware of myself than I've ever been. I've been doing this video with my female priest, MO Jo. She is the one who intrduced you to me. thank her and expecially thank you for a great learning tool
