I listened to the whole of this last night, I couldn't stop it was so delightful to listen to. I hadn't realised there would be so much poetry, I would say it was food for the soul except as a Buddhist there is no soul :-) but you know what I mean. Just enjoy this.

As we all know, Jack radiates the Dharma. In this recording, however, he offers a truly expansive gift that will help rekindle the creative pulse in daily life.

As a;ways, Jack has away of keeping things light and interesting. His guided practices are always a blessing. When someone ask me about mindfulness I turn them over to Jack. No one has been disappointed yet.

I so enjoy anything by Jack Kornfield. But II wish he'd do more guided meditations and not so much lecturing.
