This is an excellent, comprehensive guide to the practices of Dream Yoga. I've spent many an afternoon ambling around listening to the course and many a night aware in my dreams as a direct result.

I would give this program 500 starts if I could.
This is by far one of the most interesting, useful, practical, fascinating programs that I have bought from Sounds True.
Andrew Holecek is a wonderful teacher, his thinking is clear and easy to understand, without being oversimplified.
Please PLEASE record other programs with this author Sounds True!!!

This is a wonderful course on the topic, very clearly explained and carefully crafted. I find it extremely helpful and have recommended it to several of my friends.

Andrew Holecek's Dream Yoga is great; he covers the topic very well from the viewpoint of science and Tibetan dream yoga. I've been a student of dreaming/lucid dreaming since the early 1980s and recommend him to any and all. Very comprehensive with the emphasis in the right place---on the daytime practice of mindfulness and lucidity. However: I wish SoundsTrue would provide a pdf of a list of the topics so I don't have to write them down to know which one I want to review---they could be scanned in---and also a picture of the 4-petaled lotus he refers to, which could also easily be scanned in with the titles of the MP3s.

This material is deep and complete, but what is needed is a booklet containing a brief description of the exercises rather than trying to hunt for them is a long course of dialog and then write your own descriptions. This should have already been done; or the exercises should have been given special track numbers like in Reggie Ray's CD sets.
