My attempts at stillness have been struggles...struggle and stillness cannot co-exist. Through the guidance of Jim Finley the stillness happens...it is. Jesus and me...in the stillness of the moment. I take this grateful stillness with me and return to it throughout my day. A blessing withing me, around me...and, I trust through me to others.

I listened to most of the CD's twice and still need more time to digest the information and then practice what he is teaching. I feel like this will require some stretching on my part, so the review is ongoing.

Not quite what I was expecting...it's perfectly fine for you if you have no experience with meditation at all, it's a great course. However, as a seeker, I have some experience with meditation. I think I actually confused this with a different course about the wisdom of Jesus...I am really looking for more knowledge about how to bring that wisdom, humor and power of Christ into the planet.
