Jon Kabat-Zinn continues to provide a positive and enlightening means of facilitating the now. Mindfulness is paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, nonjudgmentally. With this simple cornterstone, we can all build an infinite amount of moments within our own lifetimes. I highly recommend this work and all of JKZ's work.
