This really a great book. Highly informative for beginners, easy to reference for quick review of the various topics covered. Sandy is a fine practitioner and an excellent author as well. The whole book is extraordinarily readable and comprehensible. I give it to all my clients on their first visit. Required reading for their second visit.

I was disappointed that the download of the three drumming sessions was a single file and not three separate ones. It would be much more useful if it had been separated that way as there's no reason, in actual use, that anyone would listen to all three in a row. Otherwise, it was fine. The ebook download worked well.

Book has only very basic info and CD is okay, but not great. I have purchased books with better included CDs and CDs separately that are better if you only want drumming or other sounds to journey to. It seems Sandra Ingerman is trying to bring shamanism to the masses by presenting it in small basic bits, but I find it too basic. Sorry, but it has that lowest common demoniator commercial feel.
