Anything Shiva Rea is fine with me.
The CD and all of her yoga DVD's are great, and I have learned so much about yoga from her. The music that she uses both in this CD and her DVD's is fantastic!

This is the most amazing yoga Cd that I have ever heard;)) It has helped me to be more creative through my teaching and added more funk to my class!
