Really good. Really good for anyone raised Catholic, although not intended just for Catholics or even Christians, in my opinion. And that's what I really like about it.

I thoroughly enjoy listening to Fr Keating. Looking forward to getting part 2 of the series. It is more like a series of lectures by him than a cohesive course. However, I really have no complaint.

Fr Keating is a wise and insightful guide to those who seek to find the living core of the Christian contemplative tradition. His openness to the insights of psychology and respect for the wisdom traditions of other traditions are evident in these presentations.

Perhaps one of the clearest and deepest descriptions of why prayer is an essential aspect of being Christian. Yet in my experience Fr. Keating explains how The Contemplative Journey is the Human Journey. With humor, compassion and a special gift for story telling this collection of 24 CD's is life changing and could be listened to many times over many years as they are timeless and continually transformational.
