Job Responsibilities

  • Producing and delivering online, video, and instructor-led training for 8–10 online course products per year from concept development through content creation
  • Working with cross-functional teams to develop specifications for each course, including course content and marketing/bonus materials

E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

Sounds True, a multimedia publishing company specializing in spirituality and holistic living, seeks an E-commerce Marketing Specialist to support the digital marketing team for online marketing campaigns across multi-advertising channels and other top-priority initiatives. The role will interact cross-functionally with many different departments to implement several marketing operational processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, coordination, collection, production, supervision, and follow-up of course and product launches, promotions, and events for the online advertising channel, website experience optimizations, and data analytics

Online Advertising Responsibilities

  • Paid Search
    • Assist the E-commerce Marketing Manager with monitoring paid search activities with search engines and execute keyword buildouts, landing page optimization, copy creation, and offer strategies
    • Collaborate regularly with digital team and our paid search agency to execute on marketing campaigns and programs

  • Affiliate/Retargeting/Display Advertising
    • Collaborate regularly with E-commerce Marketing Manager and agency to execute on deliverables needed for these channels
    • Manage day-to-day activities to support recommendations that drive improvements to the ongoing business
    • Assist with recommendations to improve performance

Data Analytic Responsibilities

  • Monitor expenses, revenue, and conversion trends in Google Analytics, Kenshoo, and other internal and external reporting platforms

Project Management/Operational Responsibilities

Online Courses Product Launch Manager (or Director)

Sounds True, a growing multimedia publishing company, seeks an Online Product Launch Manager to work closely with our marketing, development, and creative teams to create and deliver online content for product launches such as this online course. You will be the focused on not only delivering the final product, but helping develop the execution plan—including funnel structure, opt-in email capture, marketing video creation, advertising, email, and marketing. You will contribute to the development of launch processes with a goal of constantly improving process and efficiencies. You’ll assist with project management of web content creation through your team of production coordinators. You will ensure that the launches are on track, and will be responsible for effective and timely execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing

Online Courses and Event Production Coordinator

Sounds True, a growing multimedia publishing company, is seeking an individual to coordinate all aspects of online course production including course development and marketing launch planning. The core responsibilities will include coordination of cross-functional resources to affect the launch of online courses and events with inputs from the launch manager, leadership team, and relevant stakeholders. This role will be key in driving projects to completion using internal processes. This person must be effective at identifying and resolving planning and resource conflicts, and also be able to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders. Additional small projects related to courses and events will also be expected for this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • 75% Online course and event production
    • Own routing and production timelines for development and launch of online courses
    • Work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to drive online course projects including development, copy, design and production teams
    • Identify and continually pursue opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

    Administrative Assistant
