Marketing Director, Trade

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as lead marketer and primary contact with authors
  • Prepare marketing proposals for author acquisition, including preorder and bestseller campaign strategy
  • Formulate audience development strategies working closely with social media, direct sales division, and online teams
  • Develop and lead marketing strategies and programs. Create annual/seasonal marketing calendars that maximize ROI. Create promotional and social media strategy/tactics to drive consumer traffic.

Executive Director of the Eckhart Tolle Foundation and the Sounds True Foundation

Would you like to deliver teachings of presence and spiritual growth to people who would not otherwise have access? Do you want to help inspire, support, and serve personal transformation and spiritual awakening in the world? Do you have experience raising capital in the nonprofit sector? If so, Sounds True is seeking a person to serve as the Executive Director of the newly formed Sounds True Foundation and the newly formed Eckhart Tolle Foundation (which is being launched at this event: http://www.soundstrue.com/store/eckhart-tolle-event). This person will be the leader of the two foundations (with a greater emphasis on the Eckhart Tolle Foundation, at least initially) and will be responsible for day-to-day operations.

Affiliate and Business Development Manager

Sounds True, a growing publisher specializing in spirituality and holistic living, is seeking an Affiliate and Business Development Manager to join our team. The Affiliate and Business Development Manager will own all partnership outreach and management within Sounds True. This role will be responsible for setup, tracking, developing, and executing our affiliate partnerships and agreements. The right candidate will seek out new opportunities for Sounds True, adding value by launching new partnerships that serve our demographic and psychographic profiles.

In this role, you are considered a dealmaker and will regularly reach out to new and existing affiliates, developing strong relationships, and providing value to Sounds True and our affiliate partners through exchanges. You will navigate affiliate requests with creativity, the spirit of cooperation, and mutual respect. Ultimately, your success will be measured not just by the success of our affiliate exchanges but by their ongoing management and the efficiency with which the deals are executed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic partnerships seeking to grow the reach of the business
  • Own affiliate outreach, management, and commitment
  • Drive affiliate exchanges for our courses, summits, and events
  • Capacity to engage in dynamic and creative negotiations to construct partner deals

E-Learning Curriculum Producer

Job Responsibilities

  • Producing and delivering online, video, and instructor-led training for 8–10 online course products per year from concept development through content creation
  • Working with cross-functional teams to develop specifications for each course, including course content and marketing/bonus materials
  • Providing leadership and hands-on production for each course in various formats including video, audio, and written content, as well as all related marketing materials
  • Brainstorming, creating, and composing new online course offerings for content and marketability
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the psychology, relationships, health, healing, and self-help online marketplace and trends

The Ideal Candidate

Online Course Product Launch Manager (Sr. Marketing Position)

Sounds True, a growing multimedia publishing company, seeks an Online Product Launch Manager to work closely with our marketing, development, and creative teams to execute, launch, and manage online summits, online subscriptions, and online courses such as The Power of Awareness (http://www.soundstrue.com/store/power-of-awareness). This is a senior marketing position. In this role, you will be focused on not only delivering the final product, but helping develop the execution plan—including funnel structure, opt-in email capture, marketing video creation, advertising, email marketing, and nurture strategy. You will ensure that the launches are on track and will be responsible for effective and timely execution.

Job Responsibilities
