Repeated Material

Nothing new here in this CD. It seems he has a one note teaching that stops at initial recognition of awareness but does not continue to embodiment or open-hearted living.

excellent reminder of staying in the moment, giving up wanting to control everything, bringing energy back to Self. Have not finished listening. It takes time to digest and practice. Still give it a five star rating.
