Best piece of shadow work out there. Shadow work is work, and a deep one, giving back of much what was lost and more.

What I needed

I found this because it was referenced in To Be A Man, so I put that book down until I'd located and listened to the whole thing.

It was what I needed, when I needed it. Covered a lot of areas that I hadn't even considered looking at, let alone facing and embracing, and I'm in no doubt that this experience has been pivotal in my ongoing growth, healing and awakening.

I may even spend more time with this before going back to To Be A Man. It's such a powerful set of tools for addressing everything that is covered in the book that it makes sense to me to leverage it as much as I realistically can.

Review for Knowing Your Shadow

I was looking forward to receiving this audio set, having done previous shadow work, yet was deeply disappointed upon listening to it. I'm sure that Robert Augustus Masters' expertise has helped many people in his practice and other areas. Yet I had hoped for more information on "the shadow," and found the meditations to be simplistic as well taking up the better part of the recorded time. And I really didn't like the mono sound of his voice.

As a result, I've returned it. I have certainly enjoyed all other items I've ordered from Sounds True, and expect that to continue to be the case.
